Inseparability means that the Coffee Collective's customers cannot easily distinguish the service provide, such as math and her employees, from the service itself, such as purchasing and drinking the fresh-brewed coffee.
When something has inseparability it means that the customer is not able to distinguish the service provider from the service. The server has a major role in the way you feel about the restaurant you are eating at. The person is just as important as the food you are given and need every part of the transaction to be positive.
