Explanation:The case of Brown vs. Board of education of Topeka, Kansas was one of a mojor change to the social treatment of colored people. In the USA. During the Cold War Era, the US and the Union Socialist Russia tried to win other country to join in their side to stand agianst the other superpower. Even though the US fights in democrocy it was a big ironly because the way they treat Africans Americans esspicially within the field of education.

The case ended up becoming a huge issue due to the community was either pro or agianst it. Although after the civil war and the african americans were given thier freedom from slavery. The fight for eaquilty and discrimnation contuined until the Cold War Era.

After the unanimous descision of Supreme Court to support racial desegregation, riots and demonstrations occued all over the country. The opposite view was the decsion that they had made was a great threath to the constitution because they see as an abuse of power, of the Judiciak department. One of largest oppsoing veiw was in the Southern Manifesto of Virgina state where many schooled decided to clos to fight the supreme court on thier descion. Which is why it was approved only based on social science whch it is irresponsible to base very large cases in this way.

Opposing the views was a decision of an unconstitional action because the constition can not be included in that way of education and should be and the power is given to every state. These scenarios and arguments are linked with the Civil war between southern and northern states. Where North supported blacks bein freed. Which was led by President Abraham Lincoln while support wanted to contuine the slavery system. The civil war event is as well linked with this event because it had the same issue of the Central Government trying to keep intervening in these states desicions splitting american into two sides of our population. Thier was a massive split between the country for years and still is to today.
