Respuesta :

Answer

B. Worcester  v. Georgia

Worcester versus Georgia is the case that happened among the non-native Americans for living in the Cherokee territory without a license. Samuel A. Worcester along with these non-native Americans were also accused of not supporting the laws of the state of Georgia. However, the Supreme Court ruled out that “The Cherokee nation is residing within its own territory” rendering Georgia’s statute as void. The Cherokee was considered a different nation thus rendering Georgia powerless over the people of Cherokee.
