Respuesta :
Sean might be considered a decent leader to those who prefer to sit and listen, rather than express their own opinions, but to those who like speaking their minds out loud, he is nothing but a nuisance. A discussion cannot live up to its term when barely more than one person's opinion lies on the table. This behaviour makes Sean an inappropriate, egocentric, and aggresive speaker.
Sean is not an effective speaker. He interrupts others and uses forceful language.
EXPLANATION
An effective speaker is defined as someone who speaks in a way that the messages are heard, and acted upon. The two main elements that an effective speaker should consider are: what you say and how you say it.
1. What you say
You need to consider the choice of words when speaking. The words to use when you are chatting with a friend are different from the choice of words that you can use in a formal setting.
2. How you say it
You also need to consider how you say your points. You need to consider your intonations, when you should say it loudly, softly, and when to use body language to make your points clearer.
There are three main elements of effective speaking. They are voice, the words that you use, and body languages. You need to pay attention to your voice. When someone is shy and not confident, it is showed in their voice. They will sound hesitant and speak more quietly. You need to look confident by saying things in a louder and more clear voice.
You will also need to choose the right words. Use short and simple sentences so your audience will understand it better. Last but not least, you will also need to use body language. Use your hands and eye contact to make your speech more understandable and interesting for other people.
