But it doesn’t apply to private organizations, this means that private platforms can ban speech, or fire a worker based on speech.

There are unprotected categories of Speech, this means that there are several categories of speech that the First Amendment does not protect they are: true threats, blackmail, defamation,  solicitation to commit crimes and others.
