Algeria was probably the bloodiest place on earth 20 years ago. The civil war there was horrible. It was ruthless and went on and on and on - surprising everybody that it ever even stopped. That attributes to high marks for non-violence in Algeria.

Algeria suffers from political instablity, it faces civils wars, suffer froms security threats, economic crisis and many more.

What is the current condition in Algeria ?

Algeria suffers from political instability. Since the 1980s fall in international market oil price it is experiencing economic downfall, unemployment which resulted in poverty.There are a lot of civil war taking place in the country.

There are many security threats reasons are: conflicts among the Islamist terrorist groups, tensions in Sahrawi camps and many more.To combat the economic crisis it relied on export of hydrocarbons which contibuted 30% of its GDP. Pandemic led to decline in the oil and natural gas prices in the international market as the result it suffered loss in revenue by 33%.

Therefore all the statement above aptly decribes the conditions in Algeria.
