Consider option A.

[tex]y=\sqrt{x} -2[/tex]

[tex]y+2=\sqrt{x}[/tex]

Squaring, we get,

[tex](y+2)^{2} =x[/tex]

Clearly, the above equation represents a parabola (open right) with vertex at (0, -2).

We can easily notice that this function is graphed.
