 agree that money should be funded for food and shelter instead of art. I think that the rich should pitch in some money and help out. While your funding money to art just think about people with no food think about would you want to have food if you were in a situation like that. At least donate 5$ at least. In conclusion, You should donate money to people who need it not artist.
