The person who was known as swamp fox, used method against
the British in South Carolina that broke traditional rules of war is Francis
Marion. He is a military officer that serve the American Revolutionary war in
which he was known to be the swamp fox because of his ways of eluding pursuers
in Carolina swamps as this made him considered to be brilliant in guerrilla
operations because of his craftiness.
