Remember, a hyperbole is an exaggeration.

Exercise: "I ran until I felt like I was going to die."

Mountains: "The mountains were so tall that satellites would probably crash into them."

Strength: "She was so strong that she could lift up a car."

My exercises could not get more difficult than they are now.
She was so determined to finish her task, that she could move a mountain if it stood between her and getting the task done.
