Personally, I think the easiest topic to discuss out of these options would probably be Harpers Ferry, because it is a town, not a specific event that took place some time in history, which means you can talk about whatever you want about it. You could talk about its landform, its history, people, surrounding water bodies, or what it is known for (it was the target of an assault). You know, you're not limited to one event.
