[tex]m = \frac{y_{2} - y_{1}}{x_{2} - x_{1}} = \frac{1 - 11}{-2 - 3} = \frac{-10}{-5} = 2[/tex]

y - y₁ = m(x - x₁)
y - 11 = 2(x - 3)
y - 11 = 2(x) - 2(3)
y - 11 = 2x - 6
  + 11        + 11
       y = 2x + 5
