adopting Western culture and values? Give some examples

Yes, I do think so.

Example: in many places people no longer wear their traditional clothes, such as Saris in India. You can especially compare how the older generation wears more traditional clothes and the younger generation prefers jeans.

Also, people listen to western style music more and more and less to Indian Classical Music.
