Work = (force) x (distance)  =  (34 N) x (0.3 meter) = 10.2 joules

1.02 watts = 1.02 joules per second

       (10.2 joules) / (1.02 joule/sec)  =  10 seconds .


P.S.: 
I would not want to run into that caterpillar at night in a dark alley.
That worm can push with 34 N of force = more than 7-1/2 pounds !
