Solution :

From the given figure,  $\triangle TYK \:and \:\triangle TYV$  are congruent

$\Rightarrow$ TY = TY

$\Rightarrow$ angle TYK = angle TYV =90 and

$\Rightarrow$ angle YTK = angle YTV (from the figure)

By ASA postulate, $\triangle TYK \cong \triangle TYV$

$\Rightarrow \frac{TK}{TV} = \frac{YK}{YV} \\\\ \Rightarrow \frac{168}{95.2} = \frac{YK}{34} \\\\ \Rightarrow YK=\frac{168}{95.2}\times34=60$

x = VY+YK = 34 +60 = 94

Hence , x= 94 cm
