How would u approach a fellow co-worker consistently does not perform hand-hygiene when it is indicated or appropriate.

I would walk up to him/her and say "Hey, have you ever heard of hand washing? Obviously not because I see that you consistently do not perform hand-hygiene when it is indicated or appropriate. You might want to rethink your priorities."
