1.What strategies/steps would you take if you witnessed your coworkers displaying unethical or illegal behavior in the workplace

Depending on if you feel like acting on it in any way, tell a person who is in a higher branch of authority in the workplace than the person displaying the said behavior, or the police, about the incident but tell them to keep your report an anonymous one. That's just a suggestion but it's what I would do in that certain predicament.

Following strategies can be taken if a person witnessed displaying unethical or illegal behavior from co-workers.

• Collect information before labeling the behavior or request as unethical.

• Document the unethical behavior

• Take the issue to the HR
• Research for lawyers who specialize in workplace issues and workplace fraud who can give you the help you need.
• Speak to management.

Speaking up will not just help create a better work environment, but it will also help colleagues recognize your integrity.
