So say the leader of an organization starts to do things that harm the success of the organization reaching its goals. The organization has many different ways to act. Maybe this leader had done things like this before and the organization benifit from it. maybe the leader has never rlly shown any sign of sucess. It all depends on what the leader has already done. Although, good leaders will affect the organization well no matter what they do and seek the best way to achieve goals for their followers.
