Question

When you are making an animation, do you let voice actors go first, then draw to their mouth movement. Or draw the animation first, then hire voice actors.

My guess woud be the Voice actors. The don't always follow script,, so you can't always match up the mouth movements first.

I believe when they do animation movies,first goes the drawling and all the other things, and then the the voices,or maybe it's the other way around. ;D
