Executive Branch: enforced laws, can sign a bill to make it a law, can veto a bull & stop i from becoming a law, appoints Justice to Supreme Court
Legislative Branch: power to tax, the power to declare war
Judicial Branch: the main function of the Supreme Court is to interpret laws, it’s called judicial review... also decides if laws are constitutional or not
