a salesperson had 240,000 in sales last year.....which is 60% of the sales she had this year....
so 60% of the sales she had this year = 240,000...
0.60x = 240,000...with x being the sales she had this year
x = 240,000 / 0.60
x = 400,000 <== ur answer
