2 Corinthians 8:21 says," for we have regard for what is honorable, not only in the sight of the Lord, but also in the sight of men."

How does this verse apply to cheating?

It applies to cheating because not only can god (mythology) see you but people can see you too. So if you cheat god and whoever you are cheating on has a high chance of seeing you.
