Actually, the whole paragraph develops the topic sentence, but I've picked 5 details:
1) I glance ... and see two huge bald eagles swooping and tumbling in a spectacular aerial display
2) ... seagulls wheel into my window view and screech as they search for scraps of food
3) ... this confusion of sounds stirs my aging St. Bernard... and he hauls his massive, lumbering body over to be petted
4)... my cat... is soon pacing back and forth across my ankles
5) I remember that I have not had my daily ride.

Sentence one would be your answer.
Explanation: If you look at sentence one this is what it says; "[1] Keeping my mind on my writing is not easy when I stay at my grandmother's ocean-side cottage." Now a topic sentence is supposed to have supporting sentences. So you need to ask yourself; "Does the rest of the paragraph follow what the topic sentence is saying?". Yes it does. The rest of the paragraph list all the ways that he/she is distracted at their grandmother's ocean -side cottage.
Hope this helped!:)
