HELP!! I need help on a riddle my teacher Ms. Ray said.

A man was in prison with a shovel. The floor wasn't made out of concrete. The floor was dirt and little plants. The man was in the prison for 35 minutes. In 2 days, they were going to kill the man. The ONLY exit is a very high WINDOW that no one can reach. What should the man do to get out of the jail before he perishes??

the man had to use the shovel to make a pile of dirt under the window.  then he will climb on it and escape prison.
