During the spring, Richie plants 10 square feet of seedlings each day.
Each week for two months, Richie increases the amount of water by 10%.
For two weeks, Richie's beans grow at a rate of 2 centimeters per day.
After each harvest, the tomato plant yield decreases by 15%.

If anyone can help, are these linear or exponential?

I think this is linear, based on the steps.
If you were to look at this in a graph, step 1 would be a flat line.
Step 2 would go up steadily as 10% is added.
Step 3, the beans would grow at a +2 rate.
After each harvest, the plants would steadily decrease at 15%.
