This is the best way to address Justine Swenson because it is not to formal, like speaking to a boss/employer, but also polite, since she most likely doesn't know this person that well.

The last one is definitely the best answer choice.

Abigail shouldn't email her the first one because Abigail may come off over excited and a little weird because they just met the week before. This email might also make Justine feel like she has to come by how over excited it is, she might feel obligated when she might not really wanna come!

Abigail shouldn't email her with the second one because it is too formal for their informal get together. She doesn't want to give her the wrong message about what kind of party or "hangout" they are having.
