A secondary healthcare professional is a specialist in a particular medical discipline.  Specialists have more specialized knowledge, skill or equipment than primary care professionals. Examples of specialists include:

1.cardiologist. Treats heart disease.2

. Dermatologist. Treats skin diseases.

3.Neurologist. Treats diseases and disorders of the nervous system.

4. Obstetrician. Treats women during pregnancy and childbirth

5. Opthalmologist. Treats eye defects, injuries and diseases

.6.Pulmonary Medicine Physician. Diagnoses and treats lungs disorders.

7. Urologist. Diagnoses and treats the male and female urinary tract.

The healthcare professional who is typically a secondary care provider is a dermatologist. Primary care providers are those whom you go to first - so, you first see the doctor (physician) and his assistant/nurse, who then refer you to a specialist - a physician is usually a GP, which means that here the only specialist is a dermatologist who specializes in skin problems.
