The second answer should be y=x$x^{4}$-6x$x^{3}$+6x$x^{2}$-6x+5 (the last answer choice), as seen by the second image.

y=(x+8)(x^2+8x+16) + 9

y=(x+8)(x+4)(x+4)+9

0=(x+8)(x+4)(x+4)+9

x+8=0

x=-8

x+4=0

x=-4

I believe the answer is 2
