Substitute in the 3 points to find the values. 

P(0,8) = 3(0) + 2(8) = 16 
P(5,4) = 3(5) + 2(4) = 15 + 8 = 23 
P(9,0) = 3(9) + 2(0) = 27 

Therefore (9,0) is the maximum value.
