The first two sections of Article IV of the Constitution of the United States, focus on relationships between the different states of the country. On section 1, the Constitution states that each state has the obligation of giving faith and credit to all the acts, records and public recordings of all the other states. Section 2 of the article states that citizens of the United States are entitled to their rights and privileges not only in the state they are from, but in all of the rest as well. Also it adds that in case of committing a felony or crime and fleeing the state, the authority of the state that person fled, can demand the delivery of the person committing the felony or crime, due to the jurisdiction of the crime.
