Liza has 1 liter of orange juice . She and her friend Jenny drink 950 milliliters of juice. 1 liter = 1,000 milliliters. Which equation can you use to find the amount of juice they both drank in liters?

Respuesta :

19/20 liters  because they drank 9.5 out of 10 if you were to make it a fraction so just double everything so they drank 19/20 liters or 9.50ml=19/20l

Well you know that they did not all of the juice because you have 50 milliliters left. So I would say take 950 and divide by two which would give you 475. That means they each drank equally 475 milliliters between each other. So your answer would be 475 milliliters.
