The Christianity shaped the Culture and legacy of the axum civilization in matter of currency, when the coins was changed from the crescent-and-disk of South Arabian polytheism to the Christian cross, architecture, the religious traditions affected the architecture as well, the trading, that was blocked with neighboring civilizations that adopted Islam, however they never had a war with Nubia, they were part of the collapse of the Kush, one of the civilization that lived in Nubia, when they invaded them but they did not got into war with all the region, there were rised  three Christian kingdoms, Nobatia, Makuria and Alodia.
