Argon is clear and has very low pressure, allowing for very thin glass walls and clear light.  In addition, it is inactive and does not react with any of the chemicals that are releasing light.  Please mark Brainliest!!!

Argon does not react, it is an inert gas. The filament of the light bulb gets very hot, and this encourages a chemical reaction with gases that surround that filament -- which eventually results jn the filament burning out.
