Yen said he could find 520÷10 by taking the 0off of 520to get 52 yen finds 23.160÷10 using the same method
and gets 23.16 is yen Correct are incorrect

He is incorrect. If you divide 520 by 10 you get 52. He is correct for that answer. But 23.160 divided by 10 is 2.316. NOT 23.10.
