recently which includes:
1. Antitrust laws are meant to
encourage fair competition where countries have differing levels of protections
and can create difficulties in international business
2. Vertical system a channel member
controls the entire business system. It can occur when MNC's are allowed to grow
unchecked and create a monopoly and reduces competition and can put small
competitors out of business
