of eclampsia in a client with preeclampsia. Insignificant urine production in 8
hours should be 240, or 30 mL/hr. The jeopardy for a tonic-clonic seizure rises
dramatically, and death is possible. Because the client is receiving a central
nervous system depressant, it is more likely that the fetal heart rate may be reduced.
