SOHCAHTOA.

SOH = sine is opposite over hypotenuse

CAH = cosine is adjacent over hypotenuse

TOA = tangent is opposite over adjacent

You need to also know the properties of a right triangle.

Long side = hypotenuse

There are two legs:
