Johann Sebastian Bach was/ is an important figure in music. In the 1600's he wrote every type of music EXCEPT opera. His contributions to music were basically every type of Baroque ever. But other types were: the six Brandenburg's, sacred cantas, Goldberg variations for his sonatas, and partitas for solo violin i.e hope this helped! good luck!
