Since Linda wants to provide handouts for people who did not attend her presentation, Linda should definitely (4) provide a handout of her slideshow so that everyone can know what her presentation was about and the structure when it was presented.
If the information provided in the slideshow isn’t enough it might be better for her to also print out the notes related to the presentation.
