An animal shelter currently only has 30 dogs and 20 cats what is the ratio of cats to animals

20:50 I think because there's 20 cats and 30 dogs so you'd add them I'd assume because they're all animals but I'm not certain

Bc if there are 20 cats and 30 dogs: then u add 20+30=50 and that is the total amount of animals... and u r comparing cats to the total amount...
