The composition of the body is best described as BMI or BMR. These abbreviations stand for Body-Mass Index or Body-Mass Ratio. These give us the allowable body fat based on the height and weight of an individual. This is a clear indication of the body mass that should be appropriate to the height and build of the body.

Body compositions is decsribed as the ratio of fat, water, bone, and muscle. It is basically the ratio of fat and fat free mass in the body. In a good body compisition, fat is in normal range. In high body composition, fat is high and person is obese. The body fat should be 2-5% in men, and 10-13% in women.
