In politics, a spoils system also known as patronage system is a practice in which a political gathering, subsequent to winning, gives government common administration employments to its supporters, companions and relatives as a reward for progressing in the direction of triumph, and as an impetus to continue working for the party. Supporters of the spoils system claimed it made government more effective on the grounds that like-minded people coordinated.Another advantage claimed was that it increased the individuals in loyalty to the party which in turn increases them into loyalty to the country itself.
