The main point of the speech at the convention was to express that although the current constitution had its faults, as it was put together with a set of men although wise they had their own prejudices and thereby their own faults, the intention of the Constitution and its accomplishments were more important to put into effect. His point is also that each man is fallible and in being fallible Mr.Frank hopes each man can recognize their doubts of the constitution may be in error and implores each man be in favor of it.
