It is important to equally strengthen these muscles as they both work to support each other and the spine, to have a strong front will exert unnecessary pull and pressure on the spine without the deep back to compensate.
It is important to strengthen both the abdominal wall muscles and deep back muscles as they provide support to the body. The abdominal muscles support the torso and allow movement as well as hold organs by controlling internal abdominal pressure. As for the deep wall muscles, they make up the core muscles to keep the body well supported and balanced. They also protect the spine.
