3)Concurrence(that the actions/crimes are being done intentionally
4)Causation(the reason behind the actions.crimes)
5)Harm ( that other person must be negatively affected by the actions/crimes)
6)Legality(that the actions must be banned by the law in some way)
7)Punishment(Repercussions for a crime must be specified)
8)Attendant Circumstances(several proofs that could be sued to conclude the crimes)
