I have a problem with this. I just started taking japanese classes (if anyone knows japanese) and a question on my test is "what's your name?" in japanese. I know what i is in japanese but not the japanese characters. if anyone knows, please say?

in japanese (forgive me if my grammar is wrong) "what's your name?" is:
watashi no namae wa nan desu ka?

Watashi= わたし (私)
Watashi no namae wa nan desu ka? Would be asking “what is my name” so to ask the question “what is your name” in Japanese you would change Watashi with Anata (あなた) making the Japanese character version あなたのなまえわなんですか？
