1) language- I think that language would survive, as languages are mostly transmitted verbally
2) I also think that writing would survive, as people would self-organize to teach children writing - they could for example carve messages in the wood for each other
3) As far as I can tell - all other aspects of culture (movies, books, how we interact ) is based on the assumption that we have access to our technology, so I don't think it would survive.
