My question is; How does Sociology (the study of society) and immigration correlate (go together). If you could write a in depth answer to help me understand, that would be awesome! Thank you!

Well, immagrants are part of society, are they not? And immagrants are suposed to assimilate into society, so that is there. The study of how society treats immigrant, how immagrants are seen in society, and how immagrants see themselves in society are all things to consider
