A patient leader increases harmony and minimizes conflict in a group. A leader that is patient can handle members with different attitudes. He/she is also able to do something without jumping into conclusions or irrational choices and is able to do a job more efficiently without rushing. Members will be more than obliged to work with someone who does not pressure them into working faster every second and this will minimize mistakes and misunderstandings.
