I don't know if you have any answers but I will guess.
1) Look in all directions always watch for your surroundings
2)Use your signal lights or lights for the road
3) I got no clue
Maybe this was a negative question as like what will you be doing as a distraction like using your phone, eating, drinking, texting, and etc.
